This beautiful new two floor villa with private parking is situated in a quiet residential cul de sac just three minutes walk from silver beach. Villa Retreat has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, comfortably sleeping six people.

The shops, bakery, tavernas and cafes of Istron are all closeby.

The retreat has two separate toilets, bath and shower.

Large front and rear balconies offer deliightful views all around.

The upper floor spacious living room includes a sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed. The large furnished balcony looks out over the olive and fruit trees to the bay of mirabello and offers stunning views during the day and at night.

Mosquito blinds are on all windows and balcony doors.

Also included is an outdoor BBQ, baby cot, sunloungers, vacuum cleaner, whirly clothes line with pegs, heated clothes dryer, paddling pool, assorted snorkels, flippers, jelly shoes and children's beach toys.

This tastefully decorated villa has a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board.

The retreat also has a portable television solely for use with the DVD/CD player and includes a small collection of DVD's.

The ground floor has a fitted kitchen with dining area and furnished patio.

The twin bedroom is on the ground floor.

The double bedroom is on the first floor.

Sheets and towels are provided and changed twice weekly. Refuse is collected daily from the end of the drive.

Air conditioning for summer months and underfloor heating during the winter is included in the price.
