VILLA ADONIS - KAVOUSI

The village of Kavousi is located at the northern coast of the county of Ierapetra and it is the most western village of the county. 27km from Agios Nikolaos, 19km from Ierapetra and 40km from Sitia, the village of Kavousi's was built at the foot of the hill Afentis and has just over 700 inhabitants.

 

Situated half way between Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra, Villa Adonis is available for long or short term let (one week minimum). This beautiful new 120sq metre private villa is set in a large fenced garden with a selection of olive and fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. 

  With three bedrooms, one bathroom and two wc's Villa Adonis comfortably sleeps up to eight people.

The nearest beach is 1.7km from the villa and there is another beach 3km away. The shops, cafes and tavernas are also a short 1.7km drive away.

Villa Adonis also has a covered outdoor barbeque with washing facilities, seating and dining.

The large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and appliances including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cofee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board plus ample cooking utensils, crockery and glassware.

The large balconies offer fantastic views from all sides.

  Villa Adonis has two double bedrooms and one single. Bunk beds, an extra folding bed and a baby cot are available on request.

  Air conditioning (or heating during winter months) is an optional extra.

Long term rental rates are available on request.

  Optional Air Conditioning at 5 Euro per a/c unit per day.
